桑枝削片粉碎机防缠绕装置研究

摘　　要：通过在QS-4型枝桠粉碎机上进行桑枝条粉碎试验得知,由于桑枝皮韧性强,削片粉碎时靠近底刀处的桑枝皮不易被切断,桑枝条皮在粉碎时不可避免地会缠绕在主轴上。本文分析了粉碎桑枝条时桑枝皮缠绕主轴的原因及危害,通过比较几种方案,设计了一个变直径离心盘,将其安装在刀盘一侧的主轴轴颈上,彻底解决了削片粉碎机粉碎桑枝条时桑枝皮缠绕主轴的问题。By the experiment of crush to mulberry branch on QS-4 type Branch Crusher,it was found that the branch bark always swirled the main shaft when mulberry branch was crushed,since the mulberry branch bark has strong tenacity,and it is hard to chip the mulberry branch bark near the bottom of cutter.This paper analysed the cause and harm of mulberry branch bark swirling main shaft when mulberry branch was crushed, several solutions to this problem were discussed,a tapered centrifugal disc was designed,it was mounted on the shaft journal beside the cutter.This completely solved the problem of mulberry branch bark swirling main shaft when mulberry branch chipping crusher crushed the mulberry branch.
