摘　　要：1996年以来采用组合式骨内种植体对86例磨牙缺失患者采用一期手术植入颌骨内的方法 ,共植入166颗种植体 ,6个月后均已做了上部结构修复 ;经过18-29个月的追踪观察 ,取得令人满意的疗效。作者对取得满意疗效的因素进行了探讨。At present there is a question that is still under discussion.The question is about using submerged implant or nonsubmerged implant,which is to benefit the osseointegration.One hundred sixty-six nonsubmerged two-stage implants had been implanted to 86 cases by the authors.After two years clinical follow up,the results showed that implants were stable in the bone and in good function.The authors think that using nonsubmerged implant, a proper function pressure in the mouth,benefits osseointegration;Using ronsubmerged implant can reduce the patient's psychological scaring pressure.In addition,the operating indication, operating procedure and complication had been discussed.
