摘　　要：目的探讨Bag-1蛋白在慢性胃炎和胃癌组织中的表达,及其与胃癌临床病理特征之间的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法,分别检测46例慢性胃炎胃黏膜、50例胃癌组织标本中Bag-1蛋白的表达。结果 Bag-1蛋白在胃癌组织中表达阳性率显著高于慢性胃炎胃黏膜组织(P<0.05),并且与胃癌病理类型、性别、年龄、肿瘤直径无关,但Bag-1与病理分级、浸润深度、有无淋巴结转移及远处转移密切相关。结论 Bag-1基因与胃癌细胞的凋亡有关,其高表达在胃癌可以作为早期筛选的一项指标,对疾病的预后有重要意义。Objective To explore the expression of Bag-1 protein in chronic gastritis and gastric cancer tissue,and its correlation with clinical pathological features of gastric cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the Bag-1 expression 46 mucous membrane specimens of chronic gastritis and 50 gastric cancer tissue specimens. Results The positive expression rate of Bag-1 protein in gastric cancer tissue was significantly higher than that in mucous membrane of chronic gastritis（P0.05） . Furthermore,Bag-1 was not correlated with pathological types of gastric cancer,gender,age and tumor diameter but closely with pathological staging,depth of invasion,lymphatic metastasis and distant metastasis. Conclusion Bag-1 gene was associated with the apoptosis of gastric cancer cells and its high expression could be used as an indicator for early screening of gastric cancer,which might be of vital significance to prognosis.
