摘　　要：教师绩效考核系统是以激发教师的工作热情,充分发挥其主观能动性和自身工作能力为目标的管理系统,对各高校人力资源管理有着十分重要的地位和作用。针对学校教师绩效考核管理的特点,提出了基于多Agent技术和MVC模式的教师绩效考核管理系统体系架构,为建立教师绩效考核管理系统提供了一种新的解决方案。The performance appraisal system for teachers is a management system of exciting their enthusiasm for work, and giving full play to their subjective initiative and ability to work. Aiming at the management characteristics of the performance appraisal system for teachers, a common system architecture of teacher performance appraisal management system based on multi-Agent and MVC mode is proposed. It provides a new solution for the establishment of a common performance appraisal system.
