论高校工科学生的企业研发能力培养

摘　　要：面向企业培养工科大学生研发能力,是提高人才培养与社会需求契合度和高等教育质量的重要一环。当前工科毕业生从事企业研发工作,存在职业意识和学习观念欠缺、科学素养低、组织实施研发工作能力不强等问题。工科培养方案中缺乏针对企业的研发能力培养环节,增加新的研发能力实践课程势在必行。我院尝试以机器人工程应用为内容开设研发能力实践课程,探索面向企业的研发能力培养模式。To cultivate the RD capability of engineering students is the key to make them matching the true needs of the society and to improve the higher education quality,which is also the important foundation of building our innovative country.Now there＇re problems when the engineering graduates work for companies as the RD staff,such as the lack of learning and professional awareness,having low scientific literacy,having low capacity of organization of RD work.The university training programs need an important part of RD capability training for the students.So we are making efforts to improve the RD capability of engineering students in openning a training course which asking students to achieve some application of an industrial robot.
