红花黄色素A注射液治疗急性缺血性脑卒中36例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察红花黄色素A注射液对急性缺血性脑卒中的治疗作用。方法 36例患者随机分为治疗组(Ⅰ组)和对照组(Ⅱ组)各18例。Ⅰ组应用红花黄色素A注射液100 mg加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250 ml内静脉滴注,Ⅱ组应用银杏达莫注射液20 ml加入0.9%生理盐水250 ml内静脉滴注,均为每天1次,15 d为一个疗程,进行随机对照。结果红花黄色素A注射液对急性缺血性脑卒中临床有效率94.4%,与银杏达莫注射液对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后2组血液流变学及SOD、MDA变化差异均有显著性。结论对急性缺血性脑卒中红花黄色素A注射液具有更好的治疗作用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Hydroxy saffloryellow A injection on acute ischemic apoplexy.Methods 36 patients with acute ischemic apoplexy were randomly divided into the therapeutic group（groupⅠ,18 cases） and the control group（group Ⅱ,18 cases）.GroupⅠwas treated by IV drip of Hydroxy saffloryellow A 100 mg in 250mL of 0.9% physiological saline.Group Ⅱ was treated by IV drip of Yinxingdamo injection 20 mL in 250 mL of 0.9% physiological saline.Both groups were given drugs once a day,15 days constituting a single therapeutic course.Results The effective rate of Hydroxy saffloryellow A was 94.4%.There was obvious difference in effective rate between groupⅠand groupⅡ（P0.05）.The limbs articulation and combination blood plasma functions and the level of SOD and MDA before and after treatment were evaluated and compared.Conclusion Hydroxy saffloryellow A is effeefive for the treatment of acute ischemic apoplexy.
