摘　　要：文章在分析了当前高校学生组织发展中存在问题的基础上,采用灰色系统层次分析法建立高校学生组织发展的模型,通过模型分析,可以准确遴选出优秀建党积极分子,给高校组织发展工作者以决策支持。In order to strengthen the management and evaluation of activists who want to join the Party and improve the quality of those activists,the paper aims at choosing the outstanding activists and recommending them to the Party branch with the help of Grey System Analytic Hierarchy Process.
