上下肢协调力量和球感对女生投篮能力影响的试验研究

摘　　要：选取阜阳师范学院体育学院体育教育专业大三15名身体健康且有一定篮球基础的女生,进行3分投篮测试并评定成绩,测量受试者1min原地蒙眼运球次数、测量受试者的上肢力量、徒手垂直跳高度和功率、持球垂直跳高度和功率指标,找出上肢力量、下肢爆发力和身体协调性与投篮能力的关系。结果表明,3分投篮与原地蒙眼运球次数相关性非常密切,3分投篮成绩与持球垂直跳功率显出中度相关,上肢力量与投篮能力相关不密切;对球掌控支配能力是影响女生大学投篮能力的最重要因素。The specific method is to select junior physical education in our hospital,15 healthy girls having basketball foundation to carry out three-point shot test,a minute of in-situ measurement of the subjects blindfolded dribble the number of experiments of upper body strength,fitness vertical jump heights and power,to identify upper body strength,lower limb explosive and with technology-related action shooting physical coordination ability and the shooting relationships.The results of three-point shot with the dribble the number of in situ relevance of their eyes very close,three-point shooting performance with the ball,vertical jump power showing moderately correlated with other indicators of relations are not close.Therefore it is considered that the coordination of shooting-related physical ability affects the girls shooting.
