气相色谱法检测茶饮料中高效氯氰菊酯和哒螨灵的残留量

摘　　要：采用二氯甲烷液液萃取法提取茶饮料中的高效氯氰菊酯和哒螨灵,气相色谱法（ECD检测器）进行检测。添加回收率在89.3%~107.8%之间,相对标准偏差在0.82%~7.21%之间。高效氯氰菊酯最低检出限为0.003 mg/kg,哒螨灵最低检出限为0.001 mg/kg。The lambda-cyhalothrin and the pyridaben had been extracted through liquid-liquid extraction by dichloromethane,and determinaed by gas chromatograph with ECD detector.The fortified recoveries of lambda-cyhalothrin and pyridaben were 89.3%~107.8%,and their variation coefficients were 0.82%~7.21%.The limited detection levels of lambda-cyhalothrin and pyridaben residues in tea drinks were 0.003 mg/kg and 0.001 mg/kg,respectively.
