万花油联合马铃薯外敷预防血液透析穿刺致组织损伤的效果观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察万花油联合马铃薯外敷预防血液透析穿刺致组织损伤的效果。[方法]将111例行维持性血液透析的肾衰竭病人分为3组,A组65例采用万花油联合马铃薯外敷,B组23例采用硫酸镁湿敷,C组23例采用温水湿热敷。比较3组病人组织损伤发生情况和组织损伤程度。[结果]A组病人组织损伤的发生率低于B组和C组(P<0.05),且A组病人组织损伤程度低于B组和C组。[结论]万花油联合马铃薯外敷可有效预防血液透析穿刺引起的组织损伤,且减轻组织损伤程度。Objective：To observe the effect of external application with wanhua oil combined with the potatoes to prevent tissue damage caused by hemodialysis puncture.Methods：A total of 111 cases of renal failure patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis were divided into three groups.Group A（n=65） adopted external application of Wanhua oil combined with the potatoes.Group B（n=23） adopted wet compress of magnesium sulfate.Group C（n=23） adopted moist heat compress of warm water,to compare the incidence and degree of injury of patients＇ tissue damage among the three groups.Results：The incidence of patients＇tissue damage in group A was lower than that of group B and C（P0.05）.The degree of injury of patients＇tissue damage in group A was lower than that of group B and C.Conclusion：The external application of Wanhua oil combined with the potatoes can effectively prevent the tissue damage caused by hemodialysis puncture and alleviate the degree of tissue damage.
