摘　　要：目的　研究性激素及其比例关系在男性急性前葡萄膜炎 (AAU)患者中的变化和作用。方法　测定 3 6例男性AAU患者 (原因不明 2 7例 ,关节强直性脊椎炎 9例 )和 2 0例健康对照者血清睾酮 (T)、雌二醇 (E2 )、黄体生长素 (LH)、卵泡刺激素 (FSH)和催乳素 (PRL)。结果　男性患者血清E2 ,E2 /T和LH明显高于对照组 ,而T和FSH显著降低于对照组。结论　血清T水平降低 ,E2 和E2 /T增高是AAU患者发病的危险因子 。Objective To investigate the effect of sex hormones on acute anterior uveitis(AAU)in males. Methods Serum testosterone(T),estradiol(E 2),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and prolactin(PRL)in 36 male patients with AAU(27 unknown and 9 ankylosing spondylitis cases)and 20 healthy controls were measured. Results It was found that in the male patients with AAU the serum E 2,E 2/T and LH was significantly higher,while T and FSH were significantly lower than that in healthy controls. Conclusion Low level of serum T,high level of serum E 2 and E 2/T are risk factors of AAU.Imbalance of sex hormones may be closely related to the onset of AAU.
