摘 要:通过建立小鼠急性肝损伤及大鼠慢性肝损伤模型,观察并研究海洋药物J- 911对小鼠急性肝损伤及大鼠慢性肝损伤的保护作用。结果表明,J-911能明显降低D-半乳糖胺引起急性肝损伤小鼠的血清ALT升高和四氯化碳引起的急性肝损伤小鼠的血清ALT、AST的升高,明显减轻模型肝组织病理损伤。J-911还可显著降低肝纤维化大鼠血清ALT、AST水平及肝组织羟脯氨酸含量,并明显减轻肝组织病理损伤。说明J-911对实验性肝损伤具有保护作用。The projective effects of J - 911 on the acute liver injury in mice and the chronic liver in jury in rats were observed and studied by establishing animal models. The results showed that J - 911 sig nificantly decreased the elevation of serum ALT induced by Galn and the elevation of serum ALT. J - 911 markedly decreased the elevation of serum AST. ALT and hydroxyproline in liver tissue of hepatic fibrosis rats induced by ccl_4, the liver tissue injuries of hepatic fibrosis rats were also ameliorated. The results sug gest that J - 911 may have protective effects on experimental liver injury.
