摘　　要：克孜勒苏柯尔克孜自治州党委、人民政府依托教育扶贫工程,不断优化双语教育教学软硬件环境,加强学前双语办学力度,不断扩大双语教学的范围和规模,使全州的双语教学工作呈现出蒸蒸日上的良好发展局面。The government of Kezilesu Kerkezi Autonomous Prefecture has launched the project of Educational Poverty Alleviation in order to improve the bilingual educational environment in this area.This paper intends to describe the effects of the project on promoting the scale and scope of the bilingual teaching in this area.
