202名社区居民抑郁状况的调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解社区居民心理健康状况,针对性地做好社区服务工作。方法采用Hamilton抑郁量表(HAMD)为测查工具,对乌鲁木齐市东后南社区202名居民进行面对面的问卷调查。结果社区居民普遍存在抑郁情绪,占调查人数的22.28%,不同性别之间在抑郁情绪、入睡困难、睡眠不深、精神性焦虑、躯体性焦虑、强迫症状、绝望感、自卑感、总分方面有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论应加强心理卫生知识的宣传,发挥心理卫生特色与优势,开展多种形式的健康教育及社区服务。Objective To understand the mental health status of community residents and carry out appropriate community service. Methods Investigate the depression status of 202 residents in communities by face to face questionnaire in the south east of Urumqi with Internationally Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD） search tool. Results Community prevalence of depression accounted for 22. 28% of those surveyed. And, sleep disturbance, depression, mental anxiety, obsession, despair, low self-esteem are significantly different （P 〈0. 05） in different sexes. Conclusions It should strengthen to disseminate the knowledge of mental health, promote the advantages of mental health and perform the various forms of health education and community services.
