排班模式对外科护理质量影响探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨连续性排班模式在外科护理的临床效果。方法:在外科护理人力资源不变的前提下,改革传统排班模式,并比较两种排班模式的护理工作质量。结果:改革排班模式后各项护理质量均有提高(P<0.05)。患者对护士满意度大幅度提高,由实施前的90.4%提高到95.7%。结论:连续性排班模式能合理利用有限人力资源,优化护理工作程序,加强了中班、晚班的薄弱环节,减少潜在的安全隐患,保证护理护理质量。Objective：Inquiry into the clinical result that the consecution arranges team of work mode in the surgery nursing. Method：At the surgery nursing human resource constant premise under,reform a tradition to arrange team of work mode,and compare two kinds of nursings work quality that arrange team of work mode. Result： The reform arranges team of work mode an empress various nursing qualities to all have an exaltation. （ P 〈 0.05 ） sufferer to nurse＇s satisfaction significant exaltation ,from implement ex -90.4% raise to 95.7%. Conclusion：The conseeution arranges team of work the mode ability reasonable to make use of limited human resource, excellent turn the nursing work procedure, strengthen the weak link of the medium class, night class, reduce latent safe to suffer from, assurance nursing nursing quality.
