金属钛夹在消化道息肉高频电凝电切术及EMR术中的作用评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨金属钛夹在高频电凝电切息肉及EMR术中的使用价值。方法:对于长蒂的息肉先用钛夹钳夹蒂根部后再加用高频电凝电切息肉,而对于广基的息肉则先行高频电凝电切后再用钛夹闭残端;在EMR术后使用钛夹修复创面。结果:225例共256处病灶,成功使用钛夹钳夹249处,成功率为97.3%。所有病例术中未见渗血、术后未见出血及穿孔等并发症。结论:应用金属钛夹预防高频电凝电切息肉和EMR术出血、穿孔等并发症,具有简便、安全性高、疗效好的优点。Objective ：To discuss the application of titanium folder in endoscopic hemoclip combined with electrocogulation and electroresection in treating polyps or Endoscopic mucosal resection. Methods：The long, pedunculatede polyps were treated with dipping folder titanium the root of pedunculatc first and then using high - frequency electrocoagulafion and electreresection. But for the broad based polyps were excised with high -frequency electrosection before nipping with Titanium Folder; folder titanium were used clipping wound after the EMR treatment. Results：There are 256 focus of infection in 225 patients,249 cases of polyps were successful by titanium fold, and the success rates can reach 97.3 %. No case emergence of bleeding and perforation during intraoperative or postoperation. Conclusion ：Titanium folder can be to stop bleeding and perforation in high -frequency electrocoagulation and electroresection in treating gastrointestintestinal polyps or Endoscopic mucosal resection, so the titanium folder is a simple, high safe, and effective method.
