航海类高职图书馆“海字号”特色发展道路探析——以浙江国际海运职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：开拓航海类高职图书馆特色化发展道路的基本思路在于,树立＂海字号＂特色办馆理念以适应行业职业特点和内涵式发展要求;围绕学校重点学科专业建设＂海字号＂高职特色馆藏结构和馆藏体系;根据涉海读者需求多渠道构建＂海字号＂高职文献采供网络;适应涉海行业产业职业需求建设＂海字号＂特藏书库和特色数据库;基于就业导向和能力本位开展＂海字号＂高职读者个性化特色服务。The basic idea to develop the libraries with ＂sea＂ series features in maritime colleges lies in the following：setting ＂sea＂ series features as libraries＇ running belief to adapt to the professional characteristics and connotation-type development requirements;establishing libraries＇ structure and collection system with ＂sea＂ series features according to the construction of key disciplines in colleges;according to the needs of readers involved in sea,building multi-channel service network with ＂sea＂ series features;to meet the needs of sea-related industries,building special book collections and database with ＂Sea＂ series features;based on employment-orientation and ability-trend to provide special services to readers.
