摘  要:研究了混杂纤维增强材料对汽车摩擦材料的机械性能及摩擦磨损性能的影响.结果表明:摩擦材料的冲击强度、三点弯曲断裂强度及硬度随纤维含量的增加而提高,并均达到使用要求;纤维含量对摩擦系数和磨损率影响较大,含体积分数10% 混杂纤维的材料具有较高的摩擦系数和较低的磨损率;SEM 及EDAX分析表明,其磨损机理亦与增强纤维含量密切相关.The relationship between reinforcing fiber content and friction coefficient, wear rate, impact stress and hardness of automotive friction materials was studied with D MS and MM 1000 testers and SEM as well. It is found that the impact strength,bending strength and hardness increase as the fiber content increases. The friction coefficient and wear rate are closely dependent on the reinforcing fiber content. When the volume fraction of fiber is 10%, the friction material has high and stable friction coefficient, low wear rate and acceptable impact strength and hardness. Moreover, the wear mechanisms of the friction materials are also related with the volume fraction of the reinforcing fiber.
