摘  要:应用有限元方法,系统地分析了分阶式双渐开线齿轮的阶梯参数对弯曲应力的影响,提出等弯曲强度阶梯参数的选择依据与原则;研究了危险截面所在位置,分析螺旋角系数和接触线系数,提出弯曲应力计算公式;采用冻结切片三维光弹试验方法,对该齿轮的真实受载应力进行试验与分析;在高频疲劳强度试验机上完成软硬齿面轮齿的弯曲疲劳强度试验,结果表明当齿厚变位系数为0.08 时,双渐开线齿轮的弯曲强度约提高15% 。How the ladder factors affect the bending stress of DIGLST(Double involute gear with ladder-shaped teeth) is systematically analyzed by FEM, and the parameter table and empirical formula for ladder factor design are provided. The location of maximum stress is studied, and the arithmetic for bending stress of DIGLST is presented after the coefficients of helix angle and contact lines are analyzed. Bending stress of tooth is investigated by three dimensional freezing slice photoelastic experiment, the results are mostly alike in comparison with one by FEM. After the experiment of soft-tooth gear and hard-tooth gear were done on high frequency fatigue strength tester the coefficient of tooth thickness is 0.08, the magnitude of decreased stress is about 15% in comparison with traditional involute gear.
