岩舒注射液对肺癌患者化疗后细胞免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察岩舒注射液对化疗患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群指标变化情况的影响。方法选择来我院接受化疗的肺癌患者83例,接受岩舒注射液治疗(岩舒组)39例和未接受岩舒注射液治疗(单纯化疗组)44例,另外选取31例健康人作为对照组。采用流式细胞术检测研究对象的外周血淋巴细胞CD3+T细胞、CD4+T细胞、自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)数量及CD4+/CD8+比值。结果治疗前肺癌患者外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+及NK细胞数量显著低于健康对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.01),但是岩舒治疗组患者外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+及NK细胞与单纯化疗组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。单纯化疗组和岩舒组患者化疗后外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+比值及NK细胞均较化疗前降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05),但是化疗后岩舒治疗组患者外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+及NK细胞均显著高于单纯化疗组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论肺癌患者细胞免疫功能处于抑制状态,化疗进一步抑制肺癌患者的免疫功能,但是应用岩舒注射液可改善化疗对肺癌患者的免疫抑制状态。Objective To observe the effect of Yan-shu injection on immune function of lung cancer patients treated with combined chemotherapy.Methods Eighty-three patients with lung cancer were divided into two groups： 44 patients in control group received normal chemotherapy,39 patients in research group were treated with both chemotherapy and Yan-shu injection.The mean values of CD3^＋,CD4^＋,NK cell and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ ratio from peripheral blood were determined by flow cytometry.Results Compared with healthy control group,the mean values of CD3^＋,CD4^＋,and CD4^＋ /CD8 ＋ratio,NK cell in lung cancer patients were significantly decreased（P〈0.01）,but there were no differences in CD3^＋,CD4^＋,and CD4^＋ /CD8 ＋ratio,NK cell between Yan-shu injection group and normal chemotherapy group（P〈0.05）.The mean values of CD3^＋,CD4^＋ and CD4^＋ /CD8^＋ ratio,NK cell were significantly decreased after chemotherapy both in normal chemotherapy group and Yan-shu injection group（P〈0.05）,but after chemotherapy,the mean values of CD3^＋,CD4^＋,NK cell and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ were significantly higher in Yan-shu injection than in normal chemotherapy group.Conclusion The immune functions of patients with lung cancer are in a suppressive state,which can be aggravated by chemotherapy,but treatment with Yan-shu injection can improve the immune function in lung cancer patients.
