摘　　要：目的探讨沙培林联合抗癌药在进展期直肠癌治疗中的应用价值。方法将78例进展期直肠癌患者分为试验组38例和对照组40例,分别进行沙培林TAE治疗及传统TAE治疗,对术后反应及疗效进行对比分析。结果试验组在治疗效果、生存率方面优于对照组,两组毒副作用大致相同。结论沙培林联合抗癌药选择性直肠上动脉栓塞治疗进展期直肠癌是一种安全有效的治疗方法。Objective To analyze the value of transarterial embolization（TAE） with an emulsion of Sapylin,lipiodol and anticancer drugs in treating patients with rectal cancer.Methods Seventy-eight patients with rectal cancer were divided into two groups：test group and control group.Test group was treated with TAE with an emulsion of Sapylin,lipiodol and anticancer drugs,control group was treated with TAE with the conventional anticancer drugs and lipiodol.The difference of the reaction and curative effectiveness in the near future were studied.Results The efficacy of treatment and survival rate of test group were better than those of control group.The side effect after treatment was similar between the two groups.Conclusion Transarterial embolization with an emulsion of Sapylin,lipiodol and anticancer drugs is a safe and effective therapeutic modality in treating patients with rectal cancer.
