腹腔热灌注联合静脉化疗治疗晚期胃肠道肿瘤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究腹腔热灌注联合静脉化疗治疗晚期胃肠道肿瘤的临床疗效和安全性。方法将60例晚期胃肠道肿瘤的患者随机分成两组:化疗联合热灌注组(CHPP)和化疗组,每组30例,观察各组的疗效、体力状况评定和不良反应。结果化疗联合热灌注组有效率(63.3%)高于对照组(30.0%),差异具有显著性(P<0.05),生存质量高于对照组,两者毒副反应无明显差异。结论腹腔热灌注联合静脉化疗可明显提高晚期胃肠道肿瘤的治疗效果,是一种安全有效的方法。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of CHPP in treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods Sixty patients were randomized into two groups ：30 patients（treatment group） underwent chemotherapy,while the other group（control group） of 30 patients were treated with CHPP combined with etoposide by vein.The clinical efficacy,the Karnofsky Performance Status score and side-effects were observed.Results The group treated with CHPP combined with etoposide by vein showed effectiveness rate of 63.3% which was higher than that of control group（30.0%）,indicating that there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）,the Karnofsky Performance Status score was higher in treatment group than in control group.There was no significant difference in the side-effects and poisonous effects between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion CHPP combined with etoposide by vein is a safe and effective therapy for the patients with advanced gastric cancer.
