摘　　要：“生命垂危”的芜湖重型机床股份有限公司,通过大胆改制,开拓创新,使老企业焕发了青春,取得了长足的发展。他们成功的基本经验是:思想观念创新,确立了适应市场求发展的意识;产品定位创新,使企业销售收入快速增长;生产模式创新,使企业生产能力和效益大幅度提高;企业文化创新,以人为本和谐发展。Wuhu Hengsheng Heavy Machine Tool Co.,Ltd.once was an old enterprise facing the crisis of bankruptcy.Now it has been revitalized and developing rapidly through restructuring and innovation.The basic experience of their success is as follows： the innovation of ideas,which makes the employees realize that they should adapt to market needs for development;the innovation of product orientation,which accelerates the sales income growth;the innovation of production mode,which helps to improve the productivity and benefits of the enterprise;the innovation of enterprise culture,which aims at a harmonious development on a human-oriented basis.
