摘  要:液力变速器作为内燃叉车的重要传动机构,其噪声水平是衡量内燃叉车质量的重要指标之一。要降低液力变速器的噪声,首先必须对其主要噪声源进行识别。采用声强测量法对一台内燃叉车液力变速器的噪声源进行表面辐射噪声测量,通过分析等声强线图和三维声强图,对影响液力变速器的主要噪声源进行排序,找出了液力变速器的主要噪声源,为降低该系列内燃叉车变速器的表面辐射噪声提供了有效依据,对提升叉车整车品质具有重要的意义。Hydraulic transmission used as an important drive mechanism in engine type forklift trucks plays a key role in evaluating the noise level as one factor of quality indicator.For lower noise level of the hydraulic transmission the first task is a must to identify where is the noise source,before measuring surface radiation of the noise from the hydraulic transmission used in an engine type forklift truck through a sound source strength test.And then through analysis of equivalent sound source curves and 3-D sound source diagrams,arrangement is made in order effects of the primary noise sources that affect the hydraulic transmission so as to find out the main noise sources in the hydraulic transmission and to provide effective bases to lower surface radiated noise level of the transmission in combustion engine type forklift trucks.This has important meaning to improve quality of the forklift truck.
