口腔粘液腺囊肿三种治疗方法的对比观察

摘　　要：目的:对Nd:YAG激光、微波热凝和外科手术治疗粘液腺囊肿的疗效进行对比观察。方法:激光治疗使用Nd:YAG激光照射口腔粘液囊肿,使其顶端囊壁破裂后,取出完整囊壁或破坏粘连囊壁及其周围组织。微波治疗采用针状辐射器刺入囊肿热凝囊壁。手术治疗按照梭形切口切除。结果:激光治疗治愈率为97.2%,微波治疗治愈率为93.3%,外科手术治愈率为94.4%(x2=1.8341,P>0.05),三种治疗方法没有显著性差异。结论:激光治疗和微波治疗操作简便,创伤小,术中出血少,有利于减轻患者的心理压力。Objective：To observe the effect of Nd：YAG laser,microwave coagulation and traditional surgical treatment on oral mucoid cyst.Method：Nd：YAG laser irradiate oral mucoid cyst,make the top burst,remove bursa wall completely or destroy adhesion bursa wall and its surrounding part organization.Microwave treatment using radiated needle pierce cyst and coagulate bursa wall.Surgical treatment take the resection of spindle incision in textbooks.Result：The cure rate of laser therapy is 97.2 %,the cure rate of microwave coagulation is 93.3 %,the cure rate of surgical treatment is 94.4 %,x2=1.8341,P0.05,three kinds of treatment no significant difference.Conclusion：Laser therapy and microwave treatment are convenient operation,small trauma,little bleeding,benefit of easing patients＇ psychology pressure and improve tolerance.
