摘　　要：通过对中国传统"人文化成"思想的原始内涵及其精神价值的解读,指出"人文化成"思想所具有的思想政治教育蕴涵,重点指出"人文化成"思想对于今天思想政治教育工作的启示意义。This text explores the original implication and spiritual value of Chinese traditional humanization thought.This text also points out the ideological and political education implication.At last,this text highlights the importance of ＂humanization＂ thought to the ideological and political education＇ present work.
