摘　　要：目的:探讨caveolin-1(窖蛋白-1)在正常宫颈组织和宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化方法(SP法)分别检测10例正常宫颈组织及78例宫颈鳞癌组织caveolin-1的表达情况。结果:caveolin-1阳性染色呈棕黄色颗粒,主要分布于细胞浆中,在正常宫颈组织的阳性表达率高且多为中、强表达,而在宫颈鳞癌组织中阳性表达率低且多为弱表达。在正常宫颈组织、宫颈鳞癌组织的阳性表达率分别为100.0%和56.4%,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);caveolin-1与宫颈癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移及分期均密切相关(P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.05),而与患者的年龄无关(P>0.05)。结论:caveolin-1表达的降低或缺失与宫颈鳞癌的发生和发展过程密切相关,对宫颈鳞癌患者行caveolin-1蛋白的检测有可能作为临床判断宫颈鳞癌进展和预后的生物学指标。Objective：To explore the expression levels and significance of caveolin-1 in normal cervical tissues and squamous cell carcinoma of cervix.Methods：Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression levels of caveolin-1 in 10 cases with normal cervical tissues and 78 cases with squamous cell carcinoma of cervix.Results：The positive dyeing of caveolin-1 was tan-yellow particle,which mainly located in cytoplasm,the positive expression rate of caveolin-1 in normal cervical tissues was high and it often showed moderate or strong expression;while in squamous cell carcinoma of cervix,the positive expression rate of caveolin-1 was low and it often showed weak expression.The expression levels of caveolin-1 in normal cervical tissues and squamous cell carcinoma of cervix were 100.0% and 56.4%,respectively,there was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）;caveolin-1 was related to differentiation degrees of cervical cancer,lymph node metastasis and clinical stages closely（P0.05,P0.05,P0.05）,but there was no correlation between caveolin-1 and age of the patients（P0.05）.Conclusion：The decrease or lack of caveolin-1 expression is correlated with the occurrence and development of squamous cell carcinoma of cervix closely;for the patients with squamous cell carcinoma of cervix,the detection of caveolin-1 may be used as a biological marker of forecasting the progress and prognosis of squamous cell carcinoma of cervix.
