枕小神经痛诊治及其解剖学基础

摘　　要：目的探讨枕小神经痛诊治的解剖学依据。方法收集门诊诊断为枕小神经痛的27例病例,采用强的松龙加局部麻药注射至神经穿出颈深筋膜的治疗方法。结果所有病例皆在注射后5~10 m in内完全止痛或仅有轻微疼痛。1周后22例痊愈,5例经第2次注射后痊愈。结论对于疑为枕小神经痛的病例,采用局部注射的治疗方法,不仅可以即时证实诊断,而且可以获得满意的治疗效果,不失为首选的治疗方法。Objective To introduce the anatomical basis for diagnosing and treating lesser occipital neuralgia.Methods Totally 17 cases of diagnosed lesser occipital neuralgia in our outpatient department were collected.All of them were treated with local injection of prednisolone plus local anesthetics to the deep cervical fascia where the nerve is passing through.Results The pain was abolished or alleviated 5~10 minutes after the injection in all cases.Twenty-two cases recovered one week later and five cases recovered after another injection.Conclusion Treating suspected case of lesser occipital neuralgia with local injection of prednisolone plus local anesthetics can confirm the diagnosis promptly and yield satisfactory treating results;therefore it is regarded as the best therapy.
