氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合非药物疗法治疗慢性紧张性头痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合非药物疗法治疗慢性紧张性头痛(CTH)的疗效.方法 64例慢性紧张性头痛患者随机分为治疗组(32例,非药物疗法治疗)和对照组(32例,药物治疗),比较两组患者的临床疗效.结果疗程结束后治疗组有效率高达100%,明显高于对照组(P<0.01);疗程结束后1月有效率仍高于对照组(P<0.05).结论氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合非药物疗法治疗CTH临床疗效较好,且短期内不易复发.Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of flupentixol and melitraeen combined with non-drug treatment on patients with chronic tension type headache. Methods 64 patients with CTH were divided into two groups in this study： the treatment group （32 cases, non drug treatment） and the control group （32 cases, drug treatment）. The therapeutic effects were assessed 4 and 8 weeks after treatment. Result The effective rate of the treatment group was 100% and significantly higher than the control group at 4w （P 〈 0.01） and 8w （P 〈 0.05） after treatment. Conclusions Flupentixol and melitraeen combined with non drug treatment is effective for chronic tension type headache, and can reduce the recurrence rate in short period.
