摘　　要：目的研究探讨可控正位的成人大角度外斜视的临床特点、手术原则和术后效果。方法总结可控正位的成人大角度外斜视28例患者的症状、体征、手术方式和手术疗效。结果 28例患者术后不仅眼位矫正,且视觉症状消除或改善,双眼单视功能可部分恢复。结论可控正位的成人大角度外斜视应该尽早手术,手术的目的决不仅仅是改善外观,更重要的是消除不适视觉症状,恢复部分双眼单视功能。Objective To study the special clinical character,surgical principle and post-operative effect of orthotropia-controllable adult large-angle exotropia.Methods To summarize the symptoms,signs,surgical methods and post-operative effect of 28 orthotropia-controllable adult large-angle exotropia patients.Results All the patients had good position of eye,and without the symptom of vision,biocular vision partly recovered.Conclusions The orthotropia-controllable adult large-angle exotropia patients should be operated early,the purpose of surgery is to improve the appearance,but what is more important,to eliminate the symptom and recover the biocular vision function.
