摘 要:用磁控溅射方法制备了Sm22Co78/Fe65Co35双层膜,并对其在26℃(室温)≤T≤150℃范围内的磁性进行了研究。从各个温度下磁化曲线的单一性可以看到: SmCo硬磁层和FeCo软磁层两相之间存在着很强的交换耦合。矫顽力随温度的提高是单调减小的,相对变化率为4.7×10-3;剩磁及饱和磁化强度随着温度的提高基本上是减小的;而剩磁比随温度的提高,则是单调上升的,这说明软、硬磁相之间的交换相互作用随温度的提高是单调增加的。Sin22Co78/Fe65Co35 bilayer film was prepared by magnetron sputtering and its magnetic properties at 26℃ ≤T≤150℃ were studied. It can be seen from the unicity of the magnetization curve of various temperatures that there exist strong exchange couple between SmCo hard magnetic layer and FeCo soft magnetic layer. The coercivity monotonously decreases with the increase of temperature and the relative variation rate is 4.7 ×10-3. The remanence and saturation intensity basically decrease with the tempdrature increasing, while the reduced remanence monotonously increases with the increase of temperature, indicating the simple increase of interaction between soft magnetic phases and hard magnetic phases with the temperature increasing.
