稀土变质提高离心复合铸铁轧辊使用寿命的研究

摘　　要：研究了稀土变质处理对高镍铬无限冷硬铸铁碳化物、石墨形态和分布的影响， 结果表明， 稀土残留量在０－０１ ％ ～０－０５ ％ 范围内， 可提高这种轧辊的冲击韧性和抗剥落性能， 从而明显延长了轧辊的使用寿命。The effect of RE modification on the morphology and distribution of carbide and graphite in high Ni Cr infinite chilled cast iron has been studied.The results revealed that the RE residual content present in the chilled cast iron rolls in amount ranging between 0 01% and 0 05% can improve impact toughness and spalling resistance,thus increasing the service life of the rolls.
