摘　　要：报告1例外阴粟丘疹样透明细胞汗管瘤。患者女,24岁。外阴丘疹伴瘙痒2年,妊娠40 d后加重1个月余。皮损组织病理检查:真皮浅层有数个角囊肿,其下方真皮全层散在囊性管腔及少数实性上皮细胞条索大部分上皮细胞因为糖原堆积呈透明化改变。A case of milia-like clear cell syringoma in a female is reported.A 24-year-old female presented with a 2-year history of numerous small,skin color or slightly yellow,pruritic papules on the vulva.The lesions were become more serious after gestation for 40 days.Histopathological examination revealed keratin cysts in the superficial dermis.There were numerous cystic duct and solid strands of epithelial cells within a fibrous stroma in the deep dermis.Many of the tumor cells appear as clear cells secondary to glycogen accumulation.
