摘　　要：随着口腔种植技术的成熟发展,并且广泛应用于临床,目前已成为缺牙修复的最佳方式。如何保证种植修复的长期效果成为口腔种植学领域关注的热点,其中种植体周围软组织状态显得尤为重要,软组织不足或形态不良都会严重影响种植义齿修复的效果。文中将对种植体周围软组织状态对种植义齿修复的影响作一综述。In recent years,with the social progress and economic development,people′s esthetic expectation in implant restoration has been climbed ever higher.With the wide clinical application of implant-supported denture,it has become the best way to repair the missing teeth.How to ensure the long-term effects of implants becomes the focus of attention in the field of oral implantology,in which the state of the peri-implant soft tissue is particularly important,soft tissue deficiency or bad form will seriously affect the effect of implant-supported denture restoration.The purpose of this article is to summarize the influence of peri-implant soft tissue condition to the implant supported denture restoration.
