太极扣附着体与卡环式活动义齿的临床应用效果比较

摘　　要：目的:研究太极扣(ERA)附着体在牙列缺损修复应用中的效果。方法:结合32例应用太极扣附着体修复的可摘局部义齿修复的患者,对其进行满意度、固位性能、咀嚼效能、舒适程度、美观性、摘戴方便满意度调查,并对临床检查基牙的牙体、牙周状况等方面的定期复查,与传统可摘局部义齿进行比较。结果:32例太极扣(ERA)附着体在各方面都比传统修复体有明显提高。结论:太极扣是一种简单可靠、成本低、易于推广应用的附着体。Objective：To learn the effect of ERA attachment in defect of dentition in repair application.Methods：32 cases of ERA attachment patients who used RPD to repair before were chosen to carry out the examination of degree of satisfaction,the position performance,the mesticational function,the comfort,the artisticy,the wearing convenience,as well as the clinical regular reexaminations base on butment＇s body,and its condition.Results：The 32 cases of ERA attachment have a distinct enhancement in various aspects,comparing to the traditional prosthesis.Conclusion：The ERA attachment is a simple,reliable,low cost attachment as well as easy method to promote.
