正畸正颌联合治疗骨性Ⅲ类畸形对咽腔影响锥束CT分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨借助锥束CT三维重建技术,定量分析成人骨性Ⅲ类畸形患者经正畸正颌联合治疗对咽腔的影响。方法:按纳入标准选取29例患者(男15例,女14例),所有患者治疗术前1周和术后6个月锥束CT扫描。分别测量鼻咽段、腭咽段、舌咽段和喉咽段4个平面的冠状径、矢状径和横截面积以及各区段的正中矢状面积。结果:术后组与术前组相比,鼻咽段和腭咽段2个平面的截面积、矢状径和正中矢状面积,术后组均大于术前组(P<0.05);舌咽段和喉咽段2个平面的截面积、矢状径和正中矢状面积,术后组均小于术前组(P<0.05)。结论:骨性Ⅲ类畸形患者经正畸正颌联合治疗后,咽腔的舌咽段和喉咽段有缩小的趋势。Objective：To observe changes in the pharyngeal airway after the combined orthodontic orthognathic treatment in patients with skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion by Cone-beam computed tomography（CBCT）.Methods：29 patients（15 males,14 females） were involved in this study.Preoperative and postoperative CBCT were performed on all patients.The cross-section area with its corresponding sagittal and transverse diameters at naso-,velo-,tongue-,and largngo-pharyngeal level,and sagittal area of every pharyngeal segment were measured respectively.Results：After treatment,the cross-sectional area with its corresponding sagittal diameters became narrowed at the tonguepharyngeal and largngopharyngeal level（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The pharyngeal airway of patients became narrowed after combined orthodontic orthognathic treatment at the tongue-,and largngo-pharyngeal level.
