摘　　要：[目的]明确胃溃疡（GU）活动期最常见症状及主要中医证候类型。[方法]采用临床流行病学调查方法,对多所三级甲等医院2007年8月~2009年8月间就诊的581例门诊或住院GU活动期患者进行中医证候的调查。[结果]在全部接受调查的GU患者中毒热证出现的频率为83.99%,非毒热证占16.01%。GU活动期毒热证中最常见的症状是胃脘疼痛、烦躁、反酸、口干、嘈杂、口苦,患者舌色多红,舌苔多偏黄。[结论]GU活动期最常见的证候类型是毒热证,在治疗GU活动期患者时要分清标本虚实,并着重从毒热论治。[Objective]To investigate the most common symptoms of active gastric ulcer,primary TCM syndrome type of active gastric ulcer.[Methods]Clinical epidemiological investigation method was used to study TCM syndromes of 581 out-patients or inpatients of gastric ulcer patients from August 2007 to August 2009 in several Third Grade Class A hospitals.[Results]The frequency of toxic heat was 83.99%,non-toxic heat syndrome accounted for 16.01%.The most common symptoms of toxic heat ulcer activity were epigastric pain,irritability,acid regurgitation,dry mouth,noise,bitterness in with red tongue and yellowish fur.[Conclusion]Intrinsic toxic heat syndrome is the most common type of gastric ulcer in active stage.In the treatment of active gastric ulcer patients it is essential to distinguish the actual situation and focus on treatment of toxic heat.
