SLP-2在宫颈腺癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的通过研究Stomatin-like protein2(SLP-2)在宫颈腺癌中的表达,探讨SLP-2蛋白在宫颈腺癌发病中的作用。方法选择正常宫颈组11例,慢性宫颈炎组13例,宫颈腺癌组43例,应用免疫组化方法,研究SLP-2蛋白在宫颈腺癌组织内表达。结果 SLP-2蛋白定位于宫颈上皮细胞胞质内。宫颈腺癌组织,慢性宫颈炎组织及正常宫颈组织中SLP-2蛋白的阳性表达率分别为69.8%、15.4%和零,其中宫颈腺癌与正常宫颈组织间SLP-2蛋白阳性表达率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),与慢性宫颈炎相比,SLP-2蛋白阳性表达率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而正常宫颈和慢性宫颈炎组织间SLP-2蛋白阳性表达率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论①SLP-2蛋白在宫颈腺癌中的表达明显高于正常和慢性宫颈炎的人。②SLP-2蛋白在肿瘤的发生和发展中起重要的作用,参与了宫颈腺癌的形成机制,并且将成为宫颈癌早期筛查和诊断的有力工具和治疗的新靶点。[Objective]To study the expression of Stomatin-like protein 2（SLP-2） in cervical adenocarcinoma,explore the role of SLP-2 protein in cervical adenocarcinoma.[Methods]11cases of normal cervical tissues,13 cases of chronic cervicitis and 43 cases of cervical adenocarcinoma were collected,and the expression of SLP-2 protein in cervical adenocarcinoma tissues was studied with immunohistochemical method.[Results]SLP-2 protein was located in cervical epithelial cytoplasm.The positive expression rate of SLP-2 protein in normal cervical tissues,chronic cervicitis tissues and cervical adenocarcinoma tissues was 69.8%,15.4% and 0,respectively.There was significant difference in positive expression rate of SLP-2 protein between the cervical adenocarcinoma tissues and normal cervical tissues（P0.01）,and the difference between the cervical adenocarcinoma tissues and chronic cervicitis tissues was significant（P0.01）,but there as no significant difference between the normal cervical tissues and chronic cervicitis tissues（P0.05）.[Conclusion]①The positive expression rate of SLP-2 protein in cervical adenocarcinoma tissues was higher than that in the normal cervical tissues and chronic cervicitis tissues.②SLP-2 protein plays an important role in occurrence and development of tumor,and participates in formation mechanism of cervical adenocarcinoma.It may be used in early screening and diagnosis of cervical cancer,and new target of treatment.
