1999～2009年海门市儿童恶性肿瘤发病与死亡状况报告

摘　　要：[目的]反映海门市儿童恶性肿瘤发病与死亡状况,为开展儿童恶性肿瘤预防控制提供参考依据。[方法]运用描述流行病学方法,对海门市1999～2009年0～14岁儿童所有部位恶性肿瘤的发病与死亡资料进行统计分析。[结果]1999～2009年所有部位恶性肿瘤年均发病率67.57/100万(男性69.18/100万、女性65.91/100万),中标率69.41/100万(男性71.00/100万、女性67.81/100万),世标率43.00/100万(男性22.01/100万、女性20.98/100万);年均死亡率52.98/100万(男性57.65/100万、女性48.21/100万),中标率56.04/100万(男性61.12/100万、女性50.91/100万),世标率34.91/100万(男性19.07/100万,女性15.82/100万)。发病与死亡前3位均依次为白血病、脑肿瘤、非霍奇金淋巴瘤。[结论]虽然儿童恶性肿瘤的发病率并不是很高,但其造成的影响却是非常大的。因此,针对肿瘤发生的危险因素开展积极有效的三级预防控制是十分必要的。[Purpose] To describe the incidence and mortality of cancer among children in Haimen County,and to provide basic information on control and prevention of childhood cancer.[Methods] Incidence and mortality of all cancers among children aged 0~14 years old during 1999 to 2009 were analyzed by descriptive epidemiologic methods.[Results] The annual average incidence rate of childhood cancer was 67.57/106（male：69.18/106,female：65.91/106）,and the China age-standardized incidence rate was 69.41/106（male：71.00/106,female：67.81/106）,the world age-standardized incidence rate was 43.00/106（male：22.01/106,female 20.98/106）.The annual average mortality rate,the China age-standardized mortality rate and the world age-standardized mortality rate were 52.98/106（male：57.65/106,female：48.21/106）,56.04/106（male：61.12/106,female：50.91/106） and 34.91/106（male：19.07/106,female：15.82/106）,respectively.The leading three cancers of both incidence and mortality were leukemia,brain tumors and non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma.[Conclusions] The incidence of childhood cancer is not high,but its influence on family and society is tremendous.Thus,three-grade preventive strategies and measures should be strengthened to control the risk factors of childhood cancer.
