摘 要:目的了解南通市大学生饮食行为现状,为有针对性地开展营养宣教提供依据。方法采用随机分层抽样,对南通大学文、理、医科,大一到大四共1 200名在校学生的饮食行为进行匿名问卷调查。随后对饮食行为进行评分,并对不同性别、不同年级、不同学科的饮食行为得分进行组间方差分析,最后采用构成比描述各饮食行为的报告率。结果南通市大学生饮食行为总体得分为60.04±11.79,其中女生高于男生,医学生高于非医学生,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。各项饮食行为中,以"营养价值"作为选择食物依据的人数明显偏少,仅占28.33%;"偏食挑食""经常吃甜食喝含糖饮料""经常吃零食"等不良饮食行为报告率较高。结论通过本次调查发现,南通市大学生饮食行为得分偏低,一些不健康的饮食行为较普遍,今后学校需加强这方面的宣传教育,努力提高改善大学生饮食行为现状。Objective To understand the dietary behavior status in university students of Nantong City,so as to provide the evidence for improving nutrition education.Methods A total of 1 200 liberal arts,science and medical students from Grade One to Grade Four in Nantong University were selected with the random stratified cluster sampling method and investigate by anonymous questionnaire.Then the data were analyzed statistically.Results The total score of dietary behavior was 60.04±11.79, the score of the female was higher than that of the male,the score of the medical students was higher than that of the non-medical students,and there were statistical differences(P0.01).Among the dietary behaviors,the number of students who took "nutrition value" as a basis for choosing the foods was obviously low(only account for 28.33%);the rates of unhealthy dietary behavior such as "dietary bias","often eating and drinking sweet food and beverage","often having snacks"were high.Conclusions The score of dietary behavior in the students of Nantong University is low and some unhealthy dietary behaviors are general.So the university should strengthen the nutrition education to improve the dietary behavior of the students.
