2型糖尿病肝郁大鼠的行为学和垂体-肾上腺形态学变化

摘　　要：目的:观察2型糖尿病肝郁大鼠行为学及胰岛β细胞形态学变化。方法:高脂高糖乳剂加链尿佐菌素复制2型糖尿病大鼠模型,再予慢性孤养加慢性不可预见性中等刺激,建立2型糖尿病肝郁模型,观察其体重、自主活动、糖水消耗量变化;HE染色观察垂体-肾上腺形态学变化。结果:2型糖尿病肝郁大鼠自主活动减少;糖水消耗量减少;垂体-肾上腺形态结构呈现明显器质性改变。结论:垂体-肾上腺功能亢进可能引起糖尿病肝郁大鼠行为异常机制之一。Objective：To observe the Changes of behavior and pituitary-adrenal morphology in type 2 diabetes mellitus rats with liver depression.Methods Male Sprague-Dawley（SD） rat were administrated with enriched diet and injected with Streptozotocin（STZ 30mg/kg）,then isolated and independent chromic unpredictable mild stimulation（3W） to build the model of 2 type diabetes mellitus rat with liver depression.The changes of body weight、behaviors and Sugar consumption were observed.In order to investigate the changes of pituitary-adrenal morphology,bematoxylin-eosin staining were used.Results Compared with the normal group,the body weight and verbal behaviors decreased significantly（P〈0.05）,while Sugar consumption was lower（P〈0.05） in T2DM rats with liver depression.Pituitary-adrenal morphology showed significant organic changes.Conclusion The dyperfunction of pituitary-adrenal axis was aggravated behavioral disorder on 2 type diabetes mellitus rat with liver-depression.
