摘 要:根据正交实验,使用热压机制备了含阻燃剂的TPR复合弹性体,对其进行力学性能、极限氧指数、水平燃烧测定和差热分析,探讨阻燃剂对其阻燃性能和力学性能的影响。实验结果表明:Zn(BO3)2/APP/IPPP/TPR的质量比为0.280/0.176/0.070/1时,TPR复合弹性体的阻燃性能和力学性能较好,拉伸强度为1.33MPa;在89-777℃范围内炭残留量高达20.04%,水平燃烧符合GB/T2408的FH-1级,极限氧指数为20.4。The TPR composite elastomers containing flame retardants were prepared by hot press through orthogonal experiment. The effect of flame retardants on mechanical properties and flame retardance of TPR composite elastomers were studied by mechanical properties testing, limited oxygen index measuring, horizontal burning and differential thermal analysis. The results show that when the mass ratio of Zn( BO3 )2/APP/IPPP/TPR is 0.280/ 0. 176/0.070/1, flame retardance and mechanical properties of SEBS composite elastomers are both excellent, the tensile strength is 1.33MPa;the residue of carbon is up to 20.04% from 89℃ to 777℃, the limiting oxygen index is 20.4, the horizontal burning test meet national standards FH-1.
