清代新疆地方志的优秀之作——《新疆图志·建置志》

摘　　要：清代新疆建省后唯一一部通志《新疆图志》中建置部分,修纂体例完备、史料来源丰富,修志思想体现关注民生的先进思想的倾向。该分志引文广博:清代之前的西域历史,由于缺乏文献档案,正史中西域传、地理志的相关内容是其引用和考证的主要史料来源;清代的内容,则主要借鉴了清代方略、奏章等档案中的记载以及西北边疆史地学的成果,并大量参照了新疆各地乡土志提供的实地调查材料。虽存在内容上的疏漏、时代上的局限,但对当今清代新疆史的研究以及地方志的修纂仍具有很高的史料价值和参考价值。Through analysis of features concerning compilation style,sources of historical materials,and compilation thoughts of the administrative part of Xinjiang Pictorial Records-the one and only thorough records since the establishment of provincial governing body in Qing dynasty Xinjiang,this article takes the view that the administrative records have fine and complete style,rational structure,clear veins of narration,and real and credible sources of materials and textual criticism process.The administrative records have a very comprehensive bibliography:for history of this western territory before the Qing dynasty,due to lack of reference materials and files,relevant contents in western territory records and geographical records of formal historical works are its major sources of historical materials;for contents in Qing dynasty,it mainly borrowed records in files such as Qing dynasty general plans and official reports to the Emperor and fruits of historical and geographical studies of the western and northern frontiers,and referenced a lot of field investigative materials supplied by rural records of various places in Xinjiang.The administrative records embody the advanced thinking and tendency of caring for the ordinary people and attaching due importance to worldly affairs,putting great emphasis on livelihood of the ordinary people and local economic development.In spite of omissions and mistakes in content and limitations of the ages,the administrative records still have very high historical and reference value for current research of Qing dynasty Xinjiang history and the compilation of local records.
