论政党价值观的领导力

摘　　要：政党价值观的领导力尤为重要,但是没有引起社会和学界和重视。政党领导力源自于组织领导力的共性的合理延伸,在领导力问题中凸现价值观的地位和作用是领导理论的发展使然。政党价值观的领导力,是政党通过价值观所实现的影响力。与政党领导力的其它获得形式相比,政党通过价值观方式获得的领导力具有来源的内核性、施行过程的合法性、影响力的深刻性和发挥效力的持久性等特征。与企业等其它组织价值观的领导力相比,政党价值观的领导力具有强烈的政治性。从政党领导力的来源、作用过程和效力结果来看,政党价值观是政党领导力的灵魂。While the leadership in the values of a political party is very important,it has not gained much social and academic attention.Political leadership stems from the reasonable extension of organization leadership.Thus it is natural to highlight the role of political value in the development of leadership theories.The leadership in the values of a political party is the influence exerted by that party through its political values.Compared with other sources of political leadership,the leadership obtained through political values has the nature of stemming from the intrinsic source,of the validity in its exertion,of its profundity,and of its long duration of effect.In terms of its source,function and effect,political leadership has its soul in the values of a political party.
