摘　　要：介绍了医院知识的特点及分类,评价了国内外学者提出的知识链模型,根据医院组织的特点以及医院知识的特性,提出了基于知识链的医院知识管理实现机制。This paper analyzes the characteristics and classification of hospital knowledge,evaluates some knowledge chain models put forward by domestic and foreign scholars,and according to the characteristics of hospital knowledge and hospital organizations,presents the implementation mechanism of hospital knowledge management based on knowledge chain.
