摘　　要：采用层次分析法,建立以资源禀赋、生产能力、经营能力等3个要素构成的煤炭企业竞争力评价体系,并以山西省煤炭上市公司为样本进行实证分析,为企业提高生产经营能力,进而增强企业竞争力提供决策参考。Based on Analysis Hierarchy Process（AHP）,this paper establishes an evaluation system for coal enterprises’ competitiveness that is composed of three elements of resource endowment,production capacity and operating ability,and makes an empirical research based on the samples of Shanxi＇s listed coal enterprises,which provide some decision making references for strengthening enterprises’ in Shanxi,will be conductive for enterprises’ production and operation capacity and further strengthening enterprises’ competitiveness.
