摘　　要：系统地介绍了绿豆饮料生产加工工艺流程、操作要点和产品标准,并就保证绿豆风味、功能,稳定产品质量的方法及注意事项进行了探讨。This paper makes systematic introduction to the technological processes,operation points and product standards of mung-bean beverage production,and probes into some methods and notes for guaranteeing the tastes and functions of mung-bean and stabilizing the product quality.
