摘　　要：人力资源是高校图书馆的战略性资源。介绍了人力资源与图书馆人力资源管理,阐述了优化高校图书馆人力资源开发与管理的重要意义,分析了高校图书馆人力资源开发与管理的原则,提出了优化高校图书馆人力资源开发与管理的建议。The human resource is a strategic resource of university library. This paper introduces the human resource and library’s human resource management, expounds the important significance of optimizing the development and management of university library’s human resource, analyzes the principles of the development and management of university library’s human resource, and puts forward some suggestions on optimizing the development and management of university library’s human resource.
