摘　　要：目的了解企业健康管理的实施现状,并进行企业健康管理服务的需求调查。方法采用自制的两份调查问卷分别对杭州经济技术开发区15家企业的管理者和职工进行调查。结果调查的15家企业健康管理制度基本健全,但机构设置和人员配置有所欠缺,企业每年都会在员工健康管理方面有所投入,但不同规模企业在健康管理的投入占企业上一年度销售额的百分比差异有统计学意义(H=7.754,P=0.021)。15家企业中有12家存在职业性危害因素,12家企业中有9家建立了职业卫生管理机构,但只有1家企业配备了专职的职业卫生管理人员。有7家企业会定期开展健康教育活动,不同规模企业开展健康教育情况差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.429,P=0.014),14家企业实行了工作场所禁烟计划,在传染病多发季节,有14家企业会开展传染病预防知识宣传活动。只有2家企业开展了员工帮助计划或其他员工心理健康计划。接受调查的1 991名职工中,有81.97%的人被企业告知其工作岗位是否存在职业性危害因素,分别有93.57%和83.83%的职工上岗前和在岗期间接受了企业组织的职业安全生产培训。94.67%的人上岗前接受了健康体检,85.70%的人在岗期间接受了健康体检。接受调查的15家企业都愿意接受健康管理服务,需求排在前三位的是:健康讲座、职业健康指导、健康体检服务。结论企业已逐步开始重视健康管理,但尚未形成全面健康管理的理念。企业对健康管理服务的需求较高,为推广企业健康管理策略提供了良好的基础。Objective To explore the implementation of corporate health management and assess the demand of corporate health management services in Hangzhou.Methods Two self-made questionnaire surveys for supervisors and employees in 15 enterprises of Hangzhou Economic Technological Department Area were conducted.Results The health management systems in the 15 enterprises are basically perfect,but the institutions and personnels for health management are still not enough.Each corporate invest some capital in health management every year,and there was significant difference in percentage of the investment accounted for sales between enterprises with different scales（H=7.754,P=0.021）.Twelve enterprises presented the occupational hazard factors and nine of them had set up occupational health management organizations.However,only one of them had a full-time administrator who was responsible for occupational health management.Seven enterprises conducted health education regularly,there was significant difference in implementation of health education between enterprises with different scales（χ2=12.429,P=0.014）.Fourteen enterprises carried out a compaign against smoking in workplace,and fourteen enterprises would propagate knowledge about preventing epidemic diseases in infection disease-prone season.Only two enterprises carry out EAP or other plans to improve employees′ mental health.81.97% of the employees realized the occupational hazard factors in their post.93.57% of the employees accepted occupational hygienic training before employed while 83.83% accepted it after beginning to work formally.94.67% of the employees tooke medical examination before accepting a post while 85.70% tooke it after beginning to work formally.All the fifteen enterprises were willing to accept health management services,the needs which placed in the top three were health talks,guidance about occupational health and health examination.Conclusion The enterprises have lay emphasis on health management gradually,but they haven＇t form the conc
