分裂基托义齿设计对远中游离端基牙骨吸收的影响

摘　　要：目的:评价分裂基托设计的局部义齿对于游离端缺失情况末端基牙骨吸收的影响。方法:40名患者随机分为两组,一组使用vitallium2000合金、末端基牙PPI卡环组局部义齿修复,一组使用vitallium 2000合金分裂基托设计局部义齿修复,在戴牙即刻和戴牙后6个月和12个月时拍摄末端基牙的根尖片,应用根尖片数字减影系统分析骨吸收情况,结果进行方差分析。结果:实验6个月和12个月时实验组末端基牙近中牙槽嵴的骨吸收均明显低于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05),远中牙槽嵴在6个月和12个月时实验组的骨吸收情况在数值上略低于对照组,但两组间无统计学差异。结论:分裂基托设计可以减缓末端基牙近中牙槽骨的骨吸收,起到一定的保护基牙的作用。Objective： Assessingthe bone loss of the terminal abutment＇s alveoli of patients wearing a new RPDs with the split connection.Methods： 40 patients with terminal defect were selected,of whom 20 patients＇terminal abutments were clasped with vitallium 2000 and RPA assemblies,and 20 patients with vitallium 2000 and split connect RPDs.The identical radiographs were obtained with digital periapical subtraction system for each patient right now.Then did it again after wearing RPDs 6 months and 12 months.Results： The bone loss of the medial alveoli crest for split connect RPDs groups was remarkably lower than that for RPA clasp assemblies group after 6 months and 12 months（P 0.05）.There is no difference between the two groups in the bone loss of the distal alveoli crest.Conclusion： The split connection RPDs can slow down the bone loss of the alveoli of the terminal abutments,which can give the protection of the abutments.
